The diversity of alpine nature and the vastness of mountain pastures and forests are a paradise for both humans and animals. Your four-legged friend is warmly welcome at eriro. A surcharge of €75 per night applies for dogs, and we accommodate one dog per suite. To ensure peace and relaxation for all our guests, we limit bookings with dogs to two reservations per stay.

Due to eriro’s secluded location in the heart of nature and the presence of local wildlife, we kindly ask for consideration towards people, animals, and the environment — therefore, we request that dogs are kept on a leash at all times.

Arrival: 

• We plan your individual arrival between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
   

Departure: 

• Summer: We kindly ask you to vacate your suite by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
• Winter: We kindly ask you to vacate your suite by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Since your luggage may need to be transported down the slope to the valley before the gondola starts operating, we kindly ask you to place it in front of your suite, after prior arrangement, either the evening before or by 7:00 a.m. at the latest. We would also be happy to forward your luggage to you if needed.
   

• Early Check-In: 30% of the confirmed nightly rate per suite (arrival from 9:00 AM; includes breakfast on the day of arrival).
• Late Check-Out: 30% of the confirmed nightly rate per suite (departure by 5:00 PM at the latest).

Deposit: 

• Your reservation is only considered binding after receipt of a deposit of 40% of the total price of your stay. The deposit must be paid within 5 days of receiving the booking confirmation. Payment should be made free of charge for the recipient. Failure to make this payment will result in the silent cancellation of the reservation.
   

Final payment:

• The remaining balance can be settled on site in cash or by credit card (Maestro, VISA, Mastercard, or AMEX).

Due to our small and exclusive size with only 9 suites, cancellations have a significant impact on our Alpine Hide. Since most guests book well in advance, it is very challenging for us to rebook a suite at short notice.

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• Up to 20 days before arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
• Up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the agreed total price
• In the last week before arrival: 90% of the agreed total price
   

In the case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the full amount.

Cancellation policy for exclusive bookings:

• Up to 6 months before arrival: free of charge
• Up to 3 months before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price
• In the event of short-notice cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, the full amount will be charged
